Return and Refund Policy

 Return and Refund policy ALL WITHIN 30 DAYS:

• Customized Stuff Animals are Nonrefundable upon PRE-APPROVED  SHIPPING by client/designer (Items are photographed and videotaped for customer's viewing before shipment); ALL DEPOSITS are for materials and are Nonrefundable; 
• ORDERS prior to shipping CAN be canceled and funds credited back to Way of Payment Received MINUS Deposit Cancelation Fee for any CUSTOMIZED orders
• State of Return for Pre-Designed stuff animals, Sketches, Accessories or Poetic Expressions: Items are refundable prior to shipping. (Reasons: Too Small, Too Large, Wrong Color/Wrong Item Ordered) Description and order number with name are required in email or voice message sent. Please allow up to 48 hours for Response Time. Your personal banking system elapsed time for credit(s) to show in your account will vary TRADITIONALLY 3-5 business days not including holidays/ weekends.  Please refer back to their policy for credits.  Please DO NOT leave personal credit card information on voicemail or in email. THIS IS NOT NECESSARY. We'll reach out to you, if necessary, for any required information needed to complete process.
• FULL REFUND REQUIREMENTS: Received "Unopened" pre-made clothing  products/Poetic Expressions/A.C. Sketches or Accessories are FULLY  refundable. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RULE APPLY: CUSTOMER MAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING/HANDLING FEE IF DAMAGE TO PRODUCT(S) IS DUE TO NEGLIGENCE BY CUSTOMER upon investigation. Approved Credit/Adjusted Charge will be applied accordingly.
• Replacements are available upon request and availability. Email for details and inquiries you may have regarding Replacements: info@ahayahcomfortsllc.com . Thank you. 
• CUSTOMER RESPONSIBLE FOR Shipping/handling fee if Returns are  Damaged/Opened/Used by customer. All Pre-made clothing items returned receives ** 50% STORE CREDIT of initial cost of product ONLY **
• Process for Customized Clothing ADJUSTMENTS if due to fault of designer upon investigation of all notes/consultation feedback. As a Courtesy: Free Labor Cost to resolve mishap plus  free ONE-WAY Return Shipping/handling. Material Costs are always separate however client will receive a 50% discount of any additional yarn required to purchase that may be needed to resolve concern and meet customer satisfaction and quality control. Please contact Customer Service via email or leave voicemail to request return and allow up to 48 hours for response to receive shipping label. TAKE PICTURES OF DAMAGE ITEM or "AREA IN NEED OF Alterations" and PLEASE GIVE THOROUGH DETAILED NOTES via text and/or email FOR FASTER RECOVERY TIME. We apologize ahead of time for any inconvenience if this issue occurs and requires  actions for a quick resolution. Client will be responsible for new shipping/handling fee according to policy agreement after Ahayah Comforts honors ** ADJUSTMENTS due to discrepancy of designer" after Free One-Way shipping has been exhausted.**
•  "NO-FAULT" of designer Returns for Alterations: Client is responsible for round-trip shipping/handling fees and labor/material costs associated to alter product. 
• *** ANY Damage due to MISHANDLING/NEGLIGENCE of ANY PRODUCT  has a Nonrefundable Policy.
• Process of refund WITH CONFIRMATION OF RETURNED ITEM with no desire of item returning back to client: FOR CUSTOMIZED CLOTHES ITEMS return OPTIONS: 1st Option: 25% REFUND OF LABOR COSTS (MATERIAL COST IS EXCLUDED NO REFUNDS ALLOWED under contracted policy once order is placed) PARTIAL LABOR FEE Amount is Refunded back to "Original Way of Payment" AND with a courtesy 25% STORE CREDIT.  2nd Option:  50% STORE CREDIT with 10% OFF DISCOUNT WHEN USING CODE that will be emailed directly to you.
